Symposium Theme:
Bearers of Light: Called to Heal
“Therefore, hold up your light that it may shine unto the world.” — 3 Nephi 18:24
Inspired by the gospel of Jesus Christ, we strive to exemplify the Healer’s art in all we do. We lead with faith and integrity, advance the science of nursing and healthcare, promote health and wellness, alleviate suffering, and compassionately serve individuals, families, and communities.
About BYU College of Nursing Scholarship and Professionalism Symposium
The Symposium fosters scholarly inquiry and academic growth among nursing students. Through mentored research projects with faculty, students gain valuable experience in critical thinking, problem-solving, and the application of evidence-based practices.
More than just a showcase of student work, the symposium serves as a collaborative forum that brings together students, faculty, and healthcare professionals. It encourages interdisciplinary learning, networking, and the exchange of diverse perspectives in nursing and healthcare.
